Founded in 2015, Concept Lab CRE is helping shape the way restaurant concepts, retail concepts and developers interact with their patrons and tenants.

Help your organization grow efficiently...without all of the overhead.

As restaurants and retailers evolve so to do their needs.  Have you ever asked yourself any of these questions?:

How will my needs evolve as I add more restaurants or stores to my portfolio?

How do I expand out of state? How will I manage projects in different time zones?

How do shorten my construction timeline?

Can I lower my unit buildout costs?

How do I re-design my concept and retain my character?

The reality is, you can't spend all of your time thinking about strategic growth, design and real estate, you have a business to run!  These are complex questions, and they are the reason we started Concept Lab CRE!

Concept Lab CRE is ready to help your concept or development adapt and grow more efficiently.  We help you stay up to date with all of the trends in restaurant and retail design, real estate and development.  We find operational efficiencies in the design, construction, real estate and development process to help your organization be more efficient, save money and thrive!
